This week I had a water hammer issue that was reverberating through the entire house. Curl Curl Plumbing sent Seteone and Ruben and the job was completed with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. Shout out to who Set was a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed every step of the way and was unfailingly polite and lovely to deal with. He was very thorough and totally professional and fixed the problem after eliminating all potential causes. I highly recommend Curl Curl Plumbing and nominate Set as Plumber of the Year! “It was really refreshing and a relief to deal with straightforward ane honest people. Everything was clearly explained by Barry initially. I then felt comfortable with going ahead with our drainage job. Dealing with Setone and Elvis was equally as good. Both were pleasant to deal with and finished off the job in a timely and very tidy manner. The lawn that had to be pulled up temporarily was put back in place like nothing had been disturbed. Setone went through what needed to be done beforehand and also during different stages of the job. So it was clear to me what needed to be done rather than being overcharged for a job not carried out properly. I advised Setone how happy I was with the end result and mentioned I would be very happy to recommend the company to anyone else. A big thank you!”

“Sewer line blocked on Saturday morning (17/10/20) and after about an hour with a garden hose I decided to call it quits and get the professionals in. Initial call was answered promptly and then within 5 minutes the ‘coordinator’ rang me to let me know the plumber was on a job but would call me within half an hour. 15 minutes later, Seteone rang and said he just had to finish the current job and would be at ours within an hour and half. Seteone arrived within an hour and after showing him the access point he moved his truck into out driveway and began setting up all the equipment.
He explained upfront what he was planning on doing unblock with penetrator / camera / clear with turbo and the pricing. Unfortunately being a weekend, there was an additional fee, but I knew that before calling and there was no way we could have made it through the weekend with a blocked sewer line. Seteone was an absolute pleasure to talk to / interact with. I watched as he did everything and he explained what the different jet heads were used for and what we were seeing on the camera (first time we’ve had the camera). I also got to find out about his footy aspirations and his family of 5 kids (looked too young for that many already). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t like he wasn’t working hard, he was sweating during the initial unblocking and it wasn’t even sunny and he definitely made quick work of it and was extremely thorough with the camera work, locating the block points (unfortunately both on my property) using sonar and clearing out the roots / debris using the turbo head.
He just has that charm and manner about him that you felt you could talk about everything and anything, not just blocked pipes. He even thanked me for staying and talking to him during the job, but as I’ve said it was my pleasure as he is a genuinely friendly guy and a very good representative of your company. If anything I was probably a distraction. 10/10 for Seteone as I could not fault anything he did and he was professional, polite and very friendly. The only thing I regret was when my wife asked (later that afternoon) if I’d offered Seteone a bottle of water or cold drink at any point and I felt bad that I had not. Top marks for Seteone and not so good for me as the host. I’ll have to remember my manners for the future. Thanks Seteone and Curl Curl Plumbing.
P.S. This is a genuine review, I’ve used Curl Curl Plumbing once before for the same issue over 2 years ago, but this is the first time Seteone has attended. I’m not a family / friend of Seteone and have no affiliation to Curl Curl Plumbing just in case anyone reading this thinks it is a fake review. I had to pay just like anyone else would but feel that Seteone and the team deserve the accolades. Cheers, Nick”

“My thanks to Curl Curl Plumbing for once again being fast, reliable, friendly and professional. Josh and the team arrived promptly, diagnosed what was wrong, developed a plan, and gave a firm price. I was a bit apprehensive as the job required excavation of stencilled concrete paving to get to the sewer line, which needed relining. Josh expertly cut through it with a power saw, then replaced it afterwards as good as new. We had a bit of a problem on a Saturday after initial clearing of the line; Barry arranged for Josh to come by immediately and fix it at no extra cost. A complicated and time-consuming job was competed expertly and with minimal disruption. We have used Curl Curl Plumbing for over a decade and highly recommend the team.”
